Magnetic Modelling

HPMG has 2D and 3D   Finite Element Analysis (FEA) modeling capabilities to analyse magnetic components and assemblies. Analysis includes material selection and optimization of performance and manufacturability.

Prototyping

To verify your magnetic design, HPMG can help in manufacturing of prototypes. In the case of bonded magnets we offer a R&D package, including prototype tooling and sample magnets. In the case of other magnets and magnetic assemblies we offer manufacture of the components and verification of the properties and performance.
